Pavilion Energy Group, LLC was organized in 2014 after the merger of Pavilion Drilling Limited Company that itself was organized in 2012 in Atlanta, Georgia and HUK Energy Ltd, by a group of experienced oil and gas industry entrepreneurs. The companies also incorporated a Nigerian sister company, Pavillion Petroleum Ltd (together the “Companies”). The Companies were organized as energy services companies. We provide drilling rigs, accommodation barges, lift boats and related support conveniences to oil and gas Exploration and Production companies operating offshore and onshore in West Africa.

Primarily the companies provide drilling rigs, drill ships, self-elevating lift boats, posted barge rigs, jack up rigs, flotels, Semi-submersible rigs and specialized vessels including FPSO vessels. Specifically, our jack up boats have crane capabilities and accommodation amenities for personnel working on offshore oil and gas locations. Our companies also operate various OSV’s thereby supplementing our logistics proficiency.
